Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA) and the visiting Pleasant Valley Spartans (Pleasant Valley, IA), saw Southeast Polk's baseball squad knock off Pleasant Valley by a count of 3-1.
Coming up next, the Rams play the Lincoln Lynx (Council Bluffs, IA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 25. Southeast Polk will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Lynx enter the battle with a 6-1 record after their 6-5 league win over Sioux City North (Sioux City, IA).
