Michigan High School Softball - Airport gets by Riverview

May 23, 2025: Carleton, MI 48117

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Airport Jets (Carleton, MI) and the visiting Riverview Pirates (Riverview, MI), observed Airport's softball team get by Riverview by a tally of 4-3.

The Jets (20-6) will now prepare for their bout against Linden (Linden, MI). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 28-5 record. In their last bout, Linden tipped Lake Fenton (Linden, MI), 2-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Canton Cobras (Canton, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 27. Riverview will attempt to advance on its 22-8 season record. The Cobras go into the bout with a 11-12 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Dearborn (Dearborn, MI).
