With the triumph, Orange County improves its record to 11-7 on the year. The Fighting Hornets host Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA) to face the Flying Flucos in a Jefferson contest on Monday, May 26. The Flying Flucos enter the contest with a record of 13-6. Fluvanna County lost 4-0 in their recent league contest against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA)

The Black Knights now hold a 2-18 record. They play next when they travel to Louisa County for a Jefferson contest on Friday, May 23. Charlottesville will face a Lions squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Goochland (Goochland, VA). The Lions record now stands at 12-5.
