Ohio High School Softball - Norwalk sneaks past Columbian

May 23, 2025: Norwalk, OH 44857

The Norwalk Truckers softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Columbian Tornadoes to 7 in the Truckers non-league win on Friday.

The Truckers now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison Comprehensive for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 24. Norwalk will confront a Rams team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Ashland (Ashland, OH). The Rams record now stands at 19-6.

With the loss, Columbian moves to 10-16 on the season. The Tornadoes host Calvert (Tiffin, OH) to confront the Senecas in a non-league battle on Monday, May 26. The Senecas come into the battle with a record of 19-4. Calvert won 8-1 in their recent non-league battle against Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH)
