The Duxbury Dragons routed the host Weymouth Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 18-8 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Dragons (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against Sharon (Sharon, MA). The Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 0-15 record. In their last battle, Sharon was routed by Stoughton (Stoughton, MA), 23-1, in a league battle.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-16 record. They play next when they travel to Needham for a Bay State - Carey battle on Thursday, May 26. Weymouth will confront a Rockets squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Dedham (Dedham, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 10-5.
