The Merrill Vandals baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting St. Louis Sharks to 0 in the Vandals non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Vandals (23-4) will now prepare for their match against Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI). The Huskies go into the Mid-State match with a 7-6 record. In their last match, Breckenridge gained a win over Montabella (Blanchard, MI), 16-0, in a league match.

The Sharks (2-13) will now prepare for their match against Fulton (Middleton, MI). The Pirates go into the non-league match with a 16-14 record. In their last match, Fulton was overwhelmed by Michigan Lutheran Seminary (Saginaw, MI), 12-2, in a non-league match.
