Michigan High School Softball - Pinckney bounces Dexter

Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Pinckney Pirates (Pinckney, MI) and the visiting Dexter Dreadnaughts (Dexter, MI), witnessed Pinckney's softball squad tip Dexter by a count of 7-1.

The Pirates now sport a 23-7 record. They play next when they travel to Howell for a non-league match on Friday, May 26. Pinckney will meet a Highlanders squad coming off a 13-8 non-league loss to Lakeland (White Lake, MI). The Highlanders record now stands at 20-12.

With the loss, Dexter moves to 6-8 on the season.
