The Marian Mustangs triumphed over the visiting Academy of the Sacred Heart Gazelles lacrosse team by a score of 21-10 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Marian upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Notre Dame Prep (Pontiac, MI) to battle the Fighting Irish in a Division 2 Region 7 outing on Wednesday, May 29. The Fighting Irish go into the outing with a record of 8-6. Notre Dame Prep won 13-12 in their recent league outing against Adams (Rochester, MI)

With the defeat, Academy of the Sacred Heart drops to 5-9 on the season.
