In Saturday's non-league bout, the Kimberly Papermakers (Kimberly, WI) baseball squad the visiting Oak Creek Knights (Oak Creek, WI), by a tally of 7-2.
Next up, the Papermakers encounter the Oshkosh North Spartans (Oshkosh, WI) in a Fox Valley Association bout, on Monday, May 26. Kimberly will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 8-12 record after their 4-1 league win over Oshkosh West (Oshkosh, WI).
The Knights (16-5) will now prepare for their bout against Kenosha Tremper (Kenosha, WI). The Trojans enter the Southeast bout with a 16-8 record. In their last bout, Kenosha Tremper edged Racine Park (Racine, WI), 13-0, in a league bout.
