    The Acalanes Dons lacrosse squad (Lafayette, CA), was overwhelmed 16-6 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA)

    Coming up next, the Matadors meet the Campolindo Cougars (Moraga, CA) in a Diablo Athletic League challenge, on Wednesday, May 26. Miramonte will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 15-1 league win over Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA).

    The Dons now sport a 6-5 record.
