The Winchester Sachems volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Arlington Spy Ponders to 0 in the Sachems non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Sachems now have a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lexington for a non-league game on Saturday, May 28. Winchester will meet a Minutemen team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Andover (Andover, MA). The Minutemen record now stands at 12-5.
The Spy Ponders (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Burlington (Burlington, MA). The Red Devils enter the game with a 2-9 record. In their last game, Burlington dropped by Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
