In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Severna Park Falcons (Severna Park, MD) softball team held off the host South River Seahawks (Edgewater, MD), by a margin of 13-12.
With the triumph, Severna Park moves its record to 13-9 on the year. The Falcons travel to Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD) to play the Warriors in a non-league contest on Friday, May 27. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 17-2. Sherwood won 5-0 in their recent non-league contest against Catonsville (Baltimore, MD)
