Montana High School Softball - Manhattan bounces Shepherd

The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Manhattan Tigers (Manhattan, MT) and the visiting Shepherd Mustangs (Shepherd, MT), saw Manhattan's softball squad nip Shepherd by a count of 6-1.
The Tigers now sport a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Conrad for a non-league match on Saturday, May 25. Manhattan will face a Cowboys squad coming off a 17-5 non-league win over Thompson Falls (Thompson Falls, MT). The Cowboys record now stands at 16-14.
With the loss, Shepherd falls to 15-2 on the campaign.
