The St. Johnsbury Academy Hilltoppers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Mt. Mansfield Cougars to 2 in the Hilltoppers league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, St. Johnsbury Academy improves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Hilltoppers host Colchester (Colchester, VT) to clash with the Lakers in a Metro game on Tuesday, May 28. The Lakers come into the game with a record of 8-2.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds (Swanton, VT) in a Metro game, on Tuesday, May 28. Mt. Mansfield will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record.
