Prairie du Chien Blackhawks (Prairie du Chien, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Dodgeville Dodgers (Dodgeville, WI), 6-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Blackhawks now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westby for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 31. Prairie du Chien will face a Norsemen squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over River Valley (Spring Green, WI). The Norsemen record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Dodgeville falls to 9-6 on the campaign.
