Maine High School Softball - Greely bounces Yarmouth

The Greely Rangers routed the host Yarmouth Clippers softball squad by a final score of 11-1 in Friday's league battle.

The Rangers (5-10) will now prepare for their battle against Freeport (Freeport, ME). The Falcons go into the Class B South battle with a 3-12 record. In their last battle, Freeport was routed by Wells (Wells, ME), 14-2, in a league battle.

The Clippers now possess a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Cape Elizabeth for a Class B South battle on Tuesday, May 30. Yarmouth will meet a Capers squad coming off a 14-1 league loss to Lake Region (Naples, ME). The Capers record now stands at 7-8.
