The Piscataquis Pirates softball team (Guilford, ME), was routed 11-2 in Friday's league test with the visiting Penquis Valley Patriots (Milo, ME)
Coming up next, the Patriots encounter the Schenck Wolverines (East Millinocket, ME) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, May 31. Penquis Valley will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record.
The Pirates (1-13) will now prepare for their test against Penobscot Valley (Howland, ME). The Howlers come into the non-league test with a 10-0 record. In their last test, Penobscot Valley overcame Greenville (Greenville, ME), 10-2, in a non-league test.
