The Woodland Dragons softball squad (Baileyville, ME), was routed 16-5 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Calais Blue Devils (Calais, ME)

With the triumph, Calais improves its record to 3-8 on the year. The Blue Devils host Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME) to face the Lynx in a Class C North contest on Tuesday, May 27. The Lynx enter the contest with a record of 7-3.

The Dragons now hold a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Machias for a Class D North contest on Wednesday, May 28. Woodland will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 18-2 league win over Shead (Eastport, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-0.
