In Tuesday's league match, the host ConVal Cougars softball team scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Stark Generals.
The Cougars (11-5) will now prepare for their match against Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH). The Pride go into the Division II match with a 10-8 record. In their last match, Merrimack Valley gained a win over Bow (Bow, NH), 6-5, in a league match.
In their next game, the Generals battle the Merrimack Valley Pride (Penacook, NH) in a Division II match, on Thursday, May 28. Stark will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Pride go into the match with a 10-8 record after their 6-5 league win over Bow (Bow, NH).
