In Friday's non-league test, the host Yarmouth Clippers lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-10 victory over the Cape Elizabeth Capers.
The Clippers now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Region for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 31. Yarmouth will face a Lakers squad coming off a 10-6 league win over Waynflete (Portland, ME). The Lakers record now stands at 5-5.
In their next game, the Capers face the Freeport Falcons (Freeport, ME) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, June 1. Cape Elizabeth will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 6-1 record after their 16-6 league win over Wells (Wells, ME).
