The West Genesee Wildcats triumphed over the visiting Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets lacrosse team by a score of 19-7 in Friday's league match.
With the win, West Genesee upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Vestal (Vestal, NY) to play the Golden Bears in a non-league match on Saturday, June 4. The Golden Bears go into the match with a record of 10-6. Vestal won 8-2 in their recent non-league match against Horseheads (Horseheads, NY)
With the defeat, Fayetteville-Manlius drops to 3-12 on the season.
