In Saturday's non-league game, the host Morton Potters baseball team scored a tight 5-3 victory over the East Peoria Raiders.
The Potters (24-11) will now prepare for their game against Rock Island (Rock Island, IL). The Rocks go into the non-league game with a 29-8 record. In their last game, Rock Island tipped Morris (Morris, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
