Maine High School Softball - Presque Isle falls to Ellsworth

In Saturday's league outing, the visiting Ellsworth Eagles softball team scored a nice 14-0 win over the Presque Isle Wildcats.
Coming up next, the Eagles encounter the Mount Desert Island Trojans (Mount Desert, ME) in a Class B North outing, on Wednesday, May 31. Ellsworth will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Trojans enter the outing with a 7-10 record after their 7-0 league loss to Hermon (Hermon, ME).
The Wildcats (6-11) will now prepare for their outing against Caribou (Caribou, ME). The Vikings enter the Class B North outing with a 1-14 record. In their last outing, Caribou was routed by Presque Isle (Presque Isle, ME), 12-2, in a league outing.
