Maine High School Softball - Freeport felled by Wells

In Saturday's league outing, the visiting Wells Warriors softball team scored a nice 14-2 win over the Freeport Falcons.
Coming up next, the Warriors encounter the York Wildcats (York, ME) in a Class B South outing, on Tuesday, May 30. Wells will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 14-1 record after their 18-0 league win over Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME).
The Falcons (3-12) will now prepare for their outing against Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Rangers enter the Class B South outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, Greely prevailed over Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME), 11-1, in a league outing.
