The White Lake Lakers baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Bowler Panthers to 0 in the Lakers league win on Tuesday.
The Lakers now hold a 1-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Florence for a non-league test on Thursday, May 29. White Lake will play a Bobcats team coming off a 16-7 non-league win over Wausaukee (Wausaukee, WI). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-3.
With the defeat, Bowler drops to 8-6 on the year. The Panthers host Newman (Wausau, WI) to play the Fighting Cardinals in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 27. The Fighting Cardinals go into the test with a record of 0-13. Newman lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Chequamegon (Park Falls, WI)
