The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the George Stevens Academy Eagles (Blue Hill, ME) and the host Sumner Tigers (East Sullivan, ME), saw George Stevens Academy's baseball team beat Sumner by a margin of 10-2.

The Eagles (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME). The Ponies enter the Class C North battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Foxcroft Academy defeated Ellsworth (Ellsworth, ME), 5-4, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Tigers face the Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME) in a Class C North battle, on Friday, May 30. Sumner will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 11-2 record after their 12-0 non-league win over Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME).
