The Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains the visiting New Riegel Blue Jackets baseball squad by a score of 7-5 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next up, the Chieftains battle the Elmwood Royals (Bloomdale, OH) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, May 28. Hopewell-Loudon will attempt to advance on its 23-6 season record. The Royals come into the outing with a 18-8 record after their 11-4 non-league win over Riverdale (Mt. Blanchard, OH).

The Blue Jackets (14-12) will now prepare for their outing against Arcadia (Arcadia, OH). The Redskins come into the non-league outing with a 8-15 record. In their last outing, Arcadia tipped Arlington (Arlington, OH), 3-2, in a non-league outing.
