Ohio High School Baseball - Hopewell-Loudon defeats Old Fort

May 27, 2025: Old Fort, OH 44861

In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains baseball team scored a close 12-5 win over the Old Fort Stockaders.

The Chieftains (23-6) will now prepare for their game against New Riegel (New Riegel, OH). The Blue Jackets go into the Sandusky Bay - River game with a 14-11 record. In their last game, New Riegel nudged Pandora-Gilboa (Pandora, OH), 10-2, in a non-league game.

Next, the Stockaders play the Calvert Senecas (Tiffin, OH) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 29. Old Fort will attempt to improve on its 7-17 season record. The Senecas go into the game with a 23-3 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Columbian (Tiffin, OH).
