Michigan High School Softball - St. Mary's Prep gets by Armada

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI) and the host Armada Tigers (Armada, MI), observed St. Mary's Prep's softball team get by Armada by a tally of 5-4.
The Eaglets (15-11) will now prepare for their bout against Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Cranes go into the non-league bout with a 10-4 record. In their last bout, Cranbrook Kingswood tipped Southfield Arts & Tech (Southfield, MI), 8-7, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Lutheran North Mustangs (Macomb, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, May 28. Armada will attempt to advance on its 16-9 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 18-5 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI).
