In Tuesday's league test, the Dirigo Cougars (Dixfield, ME) softball squad overwhelmed the host Lisbon Greyhounds (Lisbon Falls, ME), by a tally of 10-0.

Next, the Cougars meet the Mountain Valley Falcons (Rumford, ME) in a Class C South test, on Friday, May 30. Dirigo will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Falcons go into the test with a 10-4 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME).

The Greyhounds (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Madison (Madison, ME). The Bulldogs go into the Class C South test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Madison prevailed over Mount Abram (Strong, ME), 13-3, in a league test.
