The Jonesport-Beals Royals triumphed over the host Searsport Vikings softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Royals play the Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 29. Jonesport-Beals will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Shead (Eastport, ME).

The Vikings (1-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Bucksport (Bucksport, ME). The Golden Bucks enter the non-league challenge with a 13-1 record. In their last challenge, Bucksport was routed by Washington Academy (East Machias, ME), 2-1, in a league challenge.
