The Narraguagus Knights overwhelmed the visiting Shead Tigers softball squad by a count of 9-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights meet the Jonesport-Beals Royals (Jonesport, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 29. Narraguagus will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Royals go into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 16-0 non-league win over Searsport (Searsport, ME).
The Tigers (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Schenck (East Millinocket, ME). The Wolverines go into the Class D North challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, Schenck toppled Lee Academy (Lee, ME), 18-10, in a non-league challenge.
