The Freeport Falcons baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Wells Warriors to 0 in the Falcons league victory on Saturday.
The Falcons (13-4) will now prepare for their match against Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Rangers go into the Class B South match with a 14-2 record. In their last match, Greely tipped Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME), 7-0, in a league match.
The Warriors (6-11) will now prepare for their match against York (York, ME). The Wildcats go into the Class B South match with a 10-8 record. In their last match, York was overwhelmed by Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME), 8-7, in a league match.
