Valley Tigers (West Des Moines, IA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Linn-Mar Lions (Marion, IA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Northwest Wolves (Waukee, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 30. Valley will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 17-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA).
The Lions now have a 19-4 record.
