The Grantsburg Pirates (Grantsburg, WI) softball the visiting Shell Lake Lakers (Shell Lake, WI), 6-4 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Pirates now own a 16-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fall Creek for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 30. Grantsburg will face a Crickets squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over McDonell Central (Chippewa Falls, WI). The Crickets record now stands at 27-2.
With the loss, Shell Lake falls to 10-7 on the campaign.
