The Caribou Vikings baseball team scored 1 runs and held the visiting Presque Isle Wildcats to 0 in the Vikings league win on Wednesday.
The Vikings now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they host Old Town for a Class B North test on Saturday, May 31. Caribou will play a Coyotes team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME). The Coyotes record now stands at 7-6.
With the defeat, Presque Isle drops to 6-9 on the year. The Wildcats host Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME) to play the Trojans in a Class B North test on Saturday, May 31. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 5-8. Mount Desert Island lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Brewer (Brewer, ME)
