Concord Crimson Tide (Concord, NH) supporters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Manchester Central Little Green (Manchester, NH), 16-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Concord improves its record to 8-9 on the year. The Crimson Tide host Keene (Keene, NH) to face the Blackbirds in a Division I game on Thursday, May 29. The Blackbirds enter the game with a record of 6-9.
The Little Green now hold a 2-15 record. They play next when they travel to Nashua South for a non-league game on Thursday, May 29. Manchester Central will face a Purple Panthers squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to Winnacunnet (Hampton, NH). The Purple Panthers record now stands at 5-13.
