Rhode Island High School Softball - Cranston East bounces Hope

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI) and the visiting Hope Blue Wave (Providence, RI), observed Cranston East's softball team prevail over Hope by a tally of 15-3.

The Thunderbolts (14-5) will now prepare for their bout against Davies Career & Tech (Lincoln, RI). The Patriots go into the Division 3 bout with a 16-5 record. In their last bout, Davies Career & Tech knocked off Rogers (Newport, RI), 5-4, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Blue Wave clash with the Rogers Vikings (Newport, RI) in a Division 3 bout, on Friday, May 30. Hope will attempt to advance on its 9-11 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 12-8 record after their 5-4 league loss to Davies Career & Tech (Lincoln, RI).
