Next, the Eagles clash with the Bishop Garrigan Golden Bears (Algona, IA) in a Top of Iowa-West test, on Monday, June 2. Eagle Grove will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Golden Bears go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 17-5 league win over Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA).

The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Garner-Hayfield/Ventura (Garner, IA). The Cardinals go into the Top of Iowa-West test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Garner-Hayfield/Ventura was routed by Forest City (Forest City, IA), 10-2, in a league test.
