Camden Blue Devils (Camden, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting New Hartford Spartans (New Hartford, NY), 9-3 in a league challenge.

The Blue Devils now own a 20-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 30. Camden will battle a Huskies squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Massena (Massena, NY). The Huskies record now stands at 12-4.

With the loss, New Hartford falls to 14-7 on the campaign.
