The North Mahaska Warhawks softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks to 4 in the Warhawks league victory on Wednesday.

The Warhawks (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA). The Tigers go into the South Iowa Cedar battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Iowa Valley was routed by Sigourney (Sigourney, IA), 11-0, in a league battle.

The Tigerhawks now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sigourney for a non-league battle on Friday, May 31. Colfax-Mingo will meet a Savages squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA). The Savages record now stands at 5-1.
