Maine High School Baseball - Mt. Blue nips Lewiston

May 29, 2025: Farmington, ME 04938

In Thursday's league game, the host Mt. Blue Cougars baseball team scored a close 6-5 win over the Lewiston Blue Devils.

The Cougars (10-4) will now prepare for their game against Messalonskee (Oakland, ME). The Eagles go into the Class A North game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, Messalonskee nudged Edward Little (Auburn, ME), 13-9, in a league game.

Next, the Blue Devils play the Brunswick Dragons (Brunswick, ME) in a Class A North game, on Saturday, May 31. Lewiston will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Dragons go into the game with a 8-5 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Morse (Bath, ME).
