The West Lyon Wildcats (Inwood, IA) baseball trounced the host Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders (Sioux City, IA), 14-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sheldon for a Siouxland challenge on Wednesday, June 3.

With the defeat, Bishop Heelan Catholic drops to 8-2 on the year. The Crusaders host Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA) to clash with the Warriors in a Missouri River challenge on Tuesday, June 2. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 4-5.
