The Pinckneyville Panthers baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Sparta Bulldogs to 6 in the Panthers league victory on Monday.
The Panthers (1-2) will now prepare for their match against DuQuoin (DuQuoin, IL). The Indians go into the Southern Illinois River-to-River - Mississippi match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, DuQuoin by Carterville (Carterville, IL), 9-2, in a league match.
The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Nashville (Nashville, IL). The Hornets go into the Southern Illinois River-to-River - Mississippi match with a 3-1 record.
