The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the St. Ignatius Wildcats (San Francisco, CA) and the host Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA), saw St. Ignatius's lacrosse team overcome Sacred Heart Prep by a margin of 18-11.

The Wildcats (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Menlo School (Atherton, CA). The Knights enter the WCAL challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Menlo School edged Serra (San Mateo, CA), 11-8, in a league challenge.

The Gators (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA). The Monarchs enter the WCAL challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Archbishop Mitty was overwhelmed by Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA), 15-3, in a league challenge.
