The Augusta Beavers baseball team scored 22 runs and limited the visiting Alma Center Lincoln Hornets to 1 in the Beavers league victory on Tuesday.
The Beavers (8-9) will now prepare for their match against Melrose-Mindoro (Melrose, WI). The Mustangs go into the Dairyland match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, Melrose-Mindoro was overwhelmed by Pepin/Alma (Pepin, WI), 12-2, in a league match.
