The Cherry Hill West Lions baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Paul VI Eagles to 5 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.
The Lions (9-2) will now prepare for their match against Winslow Township (Atco, NJ). The Eagles go into the Olympic - National challenge with a 0-3 record.
With the defeat, Paul VI falls to 4-2 on the season. The Eagles host Bishop Eustace Prep (Pennsauken, NJ) to battle the Crusaders in a Olympic - National challenge on Wednesday, May 4. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 7-6.
