Georgia High School Baseball - Effingham County loses to Pope

In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Pope Greyhounds baseball team scored a nice 17-2 victory over the Effingham County Rebels.
The Greyhounds (27-7) will now prepare for their game against Effingham County (Springfield, GA). The Rebels go into the non-league game with a 16-16 record. In their last game, Effingham County overcame North Atlanta (Atlanta, GA), 5-4, in a non-league game.
The Rebels (16-18) will now prepare for their game against Pope (Marietta, GA). The Greyhounds go into the non-league game with a 25-7 record. In their last game, Pope overcame Dacula (Dacula, GA), 10-0, in a non-league game.
