In Tuesday's league game, the host Manchester Essex Hornets baseball team scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Georgetown Royals.
The Hornets (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Rockport (Rockport, MA). The Vikings go into the CAL Baker game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Rockport was edged by Amesbury (Amesbury, MA), 9-8, in a league game.
The Royals (5-8) will now prepare for their game against Triton Regional (Byfield, MA). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 6-4 record.
