The Mayer Lutheran Crusaders baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Sibley East Wolverines to 7 in the Crusaders league victory on Tuesday.

The Crusaders (5-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Anoka/Legacy Christian Academy (Anoka, MN). The Tornadoes come into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record.

With the defeat, Sibley East falls to 9-4 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Le Sueur-Henderson (Le Sueur, MN) to encounter the Giants in a Minnesota River challenge on Thursday, May 5. The Giants come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Le Sueur-Henderson lost 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Central (Norwood-Young America, MN)
